Sloan will prepare and expertly smoke the 1855 Prime Angus Briskets using select cuts of Texas olive wood sourced directly from Lone Star Olive Ranch. 

Smoking with Texas olive wood brings a unique, delicate Mediterranean influence to a Texas Icon.

We took it one step further for the sauce dippers and lovers and paired the olive wood smoked brisket with an exclusive, limited edition craft BBQ sauce. This sweet-heat sauce is crafted with our exclusive bourbon barreled olive oil for a one-of-a-kind true Texas BBQ experience.
